Making a Booking

Are tickets only sold online?

Tickets are only sold online. We do not handle cash or sell tickets at the museum. 

How much are tickets?

Tickets are €10 for visitors age 0-99.

How long is each booking?

Each booking is 2 hours.

Do we need adults?

Yes, children from 0 to 12 years old need to be accompanied by at least one adult. Each adult can supervise a maximum for 4 children except for school groups.

Can I bring a stroller?

We do not allow strollers inside the museum because they take over the activity areas. We recommend leaving them in the car or using a body baby carrier instead. 

Is food allowed at the museum?

Food is not allowed at the museum. There are many great food options near the museum you can pair with your visit. Check out this guide. 

Is it suitable for crawling babies?

Yes! All of our exhibits are accessible by toddlers and we have a special “yes zone” that is perfect for crawling babies.

Is there parking?

There are metered parking available on our street and surrounding area. Download Easy Park to simplify parking payment in Lecce. There are also parking garages in Piazza Mazzini such as Oberdan Parking.

What's your cancellation policy?

All sales are final and non refundable. You can reschedule your visit up to the day before by clicking on the “View/ Change Booking” button in your confirmation email.

Do you host birthday parties?

We do not host birthday parties at the museum. 

There are many birthday party venues in and around lecce you can check out. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes gifts cards can be purchased from the ticketing page or on the Gift Card page here. Here is the redemption link. It is also delivered with your gift card.
